The offer is made...

We found a house and made an offer. It is a secondary offer, so we now play the waiting game...what's a little more stress in life? We'll keep you updated!

Looks like everything is going smoothly! The contract is signed, assessor finished, repairs made...closing is June 2. Now, we just need to find a home in the Milwaukee area. Who knew that poor workmanship had worked it's way north? Shoddy pads and carpet? Check. Aluminum siding or rotting wood? Check. Cut corners on quality? Check. What happened in the six years we were gone?

We've begun the process!
